Ju-jitsu first originated in Ancient Japan in the 12th Century. The traditional and practical form of Japanese martial art is still very effective today. Those who practice this highly skilled art of Japanese Ju-jitsu (Tajima) are convinced of the effectiveness of the simple techniques.

Even though the primary aim is the learning of skilled techniques, there will be the significant improvement in fitness whilst in an environment with like minded members who are dedicated to the pursuit of a traditional Japanese martial art.

This is one of the best clubs in the country, where with commitment there will be learning of skills and the making of new friends.
